What you'll do

  • Hand out full-size Shoppers Drug Mart products.
  • Educate shoppers on featured P9 Top Picks products.
  • Engage consumers in a fun, energetic, and professional manner.
  • Manage lineups and guest flow.
  • Restock products and keep displays organized.
  • Assist with replenishment throughout the day.
  • Support setup, teardown, and general activation duties.
  • Create an exceptional customer experience.
  • Field Manager: manage the onsite team, act as primary client contact, coordinate breaks and logistics, manage inventory, and ensure smooth execution.
Field Manager
  • Manage the onsite team of Brand Ambassadors.
  • Act as the primary client contact onsite.
  • Coordinate staff breaks and daily logistics.
  • Manage inventory and replenishment.
  • Ensure the activation runs smoothly throughout the day.
  • Support setup, teardown, guest flow, and general activation duties.
  • Maintain a polished customer experience and escalate issues as needed.
Brand Ambassador
  • Hand out full-size Shoppers Drug Mart products.
  • Educate shoppers on featured P9 Top Picks products.
  • Proactively approach and engage consumers in a fun, energetic, and professional manner.
  • Manage lineups and guest flow.
  • Restock products and keep displays organized.
  • Assist with replenishment throughout the day.
  • Support setup, teardown, and general activation duties.
  • Create an exceptional customer experience.

Good fit if

  • Outgoing, vocal, and confident speaking with the public.
  • Professional, polished, and approachable.
  • Comfortable proactively approaching shoppers.
  • Knowledge of beauty, skincare, personal care, or health products is an asset.
  • Reliable, punctual, and energetic.
  • Previous promotional, beauty, retail, or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Full availability for mandatory training and all event dates is highly preferred.
